Halden One · wireless home speaker

Built to be heard. Made to be kept.

Solid oak, walnut or graphite, five parts you can see, and a sound that fills a room without asking for attention.

01 · Assembly

Five parts. Nothing hidden.

Cabinet, bass port, amplifier, drivers and grille.

The speaker separates into its cabinet, bass port, amplifier, drivers and grille, then rebuilds one part at a time.

02 · Sound

Clear at a whisper.

A silk-dome tweeter and a paper-cone woofer, tuned together by ear, not to a chart. Voices stay in the room with you, even at the volume of a conversation.

Bass you feel in the floor.

A rear port tuned to 42 Hz lets the cabinet breathe. Low notes arrive round and full, never boomy.

38 Hz

Low-frequency extension, −6 dB · concept spec

03 · Materials

A cabinet, not a casing.

Solid hardwood, 18 mm thick, joined at the corners and finished by hand. Wood damps resonance better than plastic, and it ages with the room it lives in.

  • OakPale, open grain, oiled
  • WalnutDark, tight grain, waxed
  • GraphiteAsh, stained near-black

Wrapped in a wool acoustic fabric, in Stone or Charcoal, held by a single brass ring.

07 · Reviews

What listeners say.

  • “The first speaker I've owned that I'd call furniture. It sounds bigger than it looks, and it looks better than it has any right to.”

    A. Moreau · Concept review

  • “Warm, honest, never shouty. Jazz at midnight and a dinner party at eight, without touching the EQ.”

    J. Okafor · Concept review

  • “The walnut is the reason I bought it. The bass is the reason I kept it.”

08 · Questions

Before you reserve.

When does it ship?

Reservations open in this concept; deliveries would start in spring. Reserving costs nothing and you can cancel any time.

Can I return it?

Yes. Live with it for 60 days. If it isn't right for your room, we collect it for free and refund you in full.

What's the warranty?

Five years on the electronics and drivers, and ten years on the cabinet. Grilles and feet are replaceable parts you can order.

Does it work with other speakers?

Pair two for stereo, or group up to eight across rooms over Wi-Fi with AirPlay 2 or the Halden app.

Does the wood need care?

Oak and walnut are oiled and waxed. Wipe with a dry cloth; a refresh kit is included for every few years.
